Point Nepean Road Car Park Exit / Entry Closure
As a part of the ongoing redevelopment works at Rosebud Plaza, we are pleased to advise the next stages of the carpark works at the old Woolworths location, where we are excited to welcome Dan Murphy's and BCF later this year.
The Point Nepean Road Car Park entry / exit will be closed to all vehicles and pedestrians. Works include stormwater upgrade, roadway and pedestrian paving, new building footprint and additional carpark bays as well as the installation of carpark shade sails. We anticipate completion in September 2023.

- Vehicle access to the carpark is via Rose Avenue and Boneo Rd / Mc Combe St.
- Pedestrian access to all businesses is via Point Nepean Arcade, Walkway near Terry White Chemist and Boneo Rd / McCombe St.
- The bus stop has been temporarily relocated to the north of its current location
